Hi! Loving your recipes! Just a quick couple questions.
1. I sometimes will use sugar free syrup and pb2 as a sauce with my homemade pancakes. What is your opinion on these 2 ingredients as far as being healthy or not?

To be honest, I personally do not use “sugar free” foods, as they usually contain artificial sugars that are just as bad or even worse for your body. As for the PB2, I use to use that all the time until realizing that too has added sugar and salt. Now, I have begun to use peanut flour (can order it online), which is the exact same without any added ingredients! Hope this helps at all 🙂
Hey, I was SO PUMPEDwhen I heard of pb2. So I tried it, thought wow this is amazing. until I too, read the label. It just goes to show, companies market for profit not consumer benefit. Reading the label not to necessarily count calories but to know what you are putting in your body. 🙂 stay fresh, fit and healthy my friends.
Exactly Angie! I am glad you realized the same thing. Always check the labels, and try to choose foods with the least ingredients (or ones you know what they are!)
