Wondering what some of the best kind of foods to have at all times and be eating a lot of? My friend GiGi over from GiGi Eats Celebrities and I decided to make a video of our top 10 foods we eat almost EVERY day!
Now just to be VERY CLEAR, there is no “good” or “bad” foods, like I talk all about in my post on intuitive eating. However, sometimes it’s fun to go to other’s houses and see what they like to eat, to try out some new foods. So that’s the heart behind this video…not to suggest there are “certain foods you have to eat to be fit” or that these foods will MAKE you fit.
A verrrry good example of how certain foods don’t make you “fit”, that you’ll see in this video, is the fact that GiGi and I DONT eat the same kinds of foods. Yeah, there are some foods we both like, but we have different favorite ones. Which is why we made this video! To show there is ROOM within the “nutritious eating” realm. You don’t have to eat certain foods to “be healthy”.
So with this video on our top 10 foods, you have two different perspectives from people that are both fit and healthy, yet like some different foods!
