With coming up on the new year and wanting to kickstart that metabolism after all these holiday sweets, I know many out there will do a little google search of something like: how to increase your metabolism, or, how to raise your metabolic rate. Let me just fore warn you, there are MANY metabolism myths out there. Be careful what you believe

Which is why I decided to create this little post and video, to help you all BREAK 4 of the top metabolism myths out there I see frequently circulating.

Remember, make sure what you’re reading out there and listening to, is from a reliable source — someone that is educated in that area. Reminds me of the post I included the top 10 nutrition myths/realities from the Falcon’s dietitian, Dr. Benardot. So many myths!
