Do you all remember my VERY FIRST post? (See HERE) Well, it is still one of my favorite and most popular recipes.. But its pumpkin, what can you expect?
Well along with that recipe, I made a video of this NEW recipe I’m about to share with you all. That way you have TWO healthy holiday desserts to make for Christmas.
The best thing about these cookies? Well there are two great things about them. First, they only have TWO main ingredients, so simple right?! Second, they are so VERSATILE to meet whatever flavor you are looking for at the time. Like chocolate like me? Add cocoa powder or chocolate chips. Want something nutty? Add nuts! Want fruity? Add diced apples or dried cranberries! Want the delicious peanut butter flavor? Add some peanut butter!
Oh and did I mention they are so healthy for you that you could eat them FOR BREAKFAST? That’s my kind of cookie..
That’s a win in my eyes. What do you think?
You may have seen this recipe around pinterest, but here is a step by step process video to help you get creative and make them this holiday onhealthy uroxatral season.
I made BOTH of these desserts for Thanksgiving this year, and ALL my family loved them both! They couldn’t believe the cookies were healthy..and the pumpkin dip? Set some apple slices and graham crackers out by it and it was GONE within minutes.
I even made more the next night because they loved them so much, but instead of chocolate chips, added peanut butter to half of the “dough”, and molasses + ground ginger + white chocolate chips to the other half! See how different you can make these cookies with just a few ingredients?!
Hope you enjoy these recipes! (written recipe for cookies is below video, and recipe for Pumpkin Dip can be found HERE)
