Ever just feel like you don’t want to make the effort to go to the gym? Well you don’t have to now! I designed this workout on a day that I just wasn’t feeling the extra unneeded trip. I love doing strength based workouts right in my own home.
This workout focuses mostly on your legs, and is a great, quick routine for when you only have a short amount of free time to do something. Sometimes I make excuses that I won’t have time to drive, workout, drive home, shower, blah blah blah. But there can’t be any excuses here. 20 minutes, that is all. Who doesn’t have 20 minutes to spend? If I’m honest, I spend 20 minutes+ just scrolling through my blog feed some onhealthy inderal days!
Getting up and being active for at least 20 minutes a day is so vital in many ways. All your muscles and organs will thank you if you just give them 20 to 30 minutes a day. Even if it is just 5 to 10 minute intervals of things during breaks! And come on, doesn’t it make you feel better? I don’t know about you, but no matter how hard it is to get going sometimes, I always feel so much better after doing something active. I am not sure that I have ever heard someone regret doing a workout. But I have heard someone (including myself many times!) regret not doing something!
