I’m not going to lie, there were some PRETTY HARD weeks in the 2nd trimester due to spotting going on for 2.5 weeks — but after that was done, it was the GLORY WEEKS. Tune in below to hear all about the lows, the highs, and everything in between!

- Body Pillow (as your bump grows, you will love this!)

- Wedge pillow for under bump as another option if I’m not sleeping with body pillow — like naps on the couch 🙂
- Squatty Potty (personally I haven’t dealt with constipation during pregnancy, but it is SUPER common, so this can be great for that!)
- Loose Leaf Red Raspberry Leaf Tea: start in late 2nd tri or 3rd tri to help strengthen uterus
- There’s also an individual tea bag version if you prefer that!
- Exercise Ball: to sit on vs a chair — better for baby positioning!
- Epsom Salt for Soaking/Baths

- Over the belly workout spandex
- Comfy crop tank tops to wear with over the belly pants/shorts
- Comfy Pregnancy Lounge/Active Amazon Shorts
- active, higher tummy compression leggings I love for added support: blanqi (they do 50% off sales sometimes and that’s when I stock up!)
- A few amazon purchases for shirts and dresses I’ve liked!
- White Sweater Dress (not maternity but fit the bump perfect!)
- Simple long sleeve maternity tops to wear with leggings
- Red long sleeve bodycon dress: wore this during our baby moon around weeks 22ish during christmas time! just size up because it’s not maternity
- Simple short sleeve white t-shirt maternity
- I also love finding dresses on PinkBlushMaternity too! Used ones from there for pregnancy progress photos and special occasions!
