- B vitamins, zinc, selenium, magnesium, vitamin C and E, probiotic
- I’m still taking Super B, probiotic, ningxia juice, omegas — all my supplements can be found right here!
- + a green smoothie daily: with thieves, sulfurzyme, maca powder, & healthy fats like flaxseeds.
- What Birth control depletes:
- OVERALL DIET
- Lots of whole foods, fruits, veggies, lean proteins, wild fish, healthy fats, and trying to do less of the processed packaged foods.
- I’m also going to stop the PB and limit dairy because I’ve always thought that irritated my skin and stomach, but it’s on Dr Jolene’s list to avoid so now I’m even more curious
- I’m not following Dr. Jolene’s 30 day plan – I felt being that restrictive may not be necessary or realistic for me. But as said above, I am focusing on a lot of whole foods!
- Lots of whole foods, fruits, veggies, lean proteins, wild fish, healthy fats, and trying to do less of the processed packaged foods.

- *gasp* I had post-menopause levels of progesterone (super low!), low estrogen, and on the low end of testosterone!
- What is rec for EVERYONE even without testing: either when ON birth control or coming off/just came off.
- Multi (or all your B vitamins + zinc, selenium, magnesium, vitamin C and E)
- Probiotic
- B Complex
- Omega 3’s
- What is rec for each of my results from Dr. Jolene: (hear in podcast what I’m actually taking or not!)
- low estrogen:
- Maca (already taking)
- Black Cohosh (100mg)
- Vitamin E (400IU)
- Magnesium Bisglycinate (have already for PMS cramping but now will be taking daily!)
- low progesterone:
- Natural progesterone (I use progessence plus natural serum from Young Living)
- Vitex Chaste Berry (200mg)
- Only one not already taking – and looking into ones, but want to do everything else consistently first
