One thing to know before listening to this episode, is that our gut health and issues that can come with an imbalanced gut like bloating, is very connected to our hormone health. When our hormones are off, often it comes with gut issues. And when we have gut issues, often it can create hormonal imbalances. So taking care of BOTH is key!
