Hey there friend!
Let me introduce you to the #FreshFitnFREE Challenge. The 3 areas I think it really takes focusing on to create lasting change in your health and create a lifestyle that makes you feel confident, energized, and FREE.
- BODY
- Through within day movement and following the daily nutrition to-dos, this is how we really work on the BODY part of a #FreshFitnFREE life
- The daily to dos? Check your challenge packet!
- MIND
- When we shift out mindset on how we view ourselves and healthy living, great things happen. And unlike the other programs and diets you’ve tried, the results last instead of fading after a short time.
- Through this challenge we’ll be working on the mind through mindful mantras each day.
- SOUL
- Reigniting your SOUL through feeding your life with a “good diet”. I’m not talking about just physical food. I talking about the people you surround yourself with, the things you read and listen to, the negativity and toxic things you rid yourself of. When you focus on that kind of “good diet”, your soul comes ALIVE. And that my friend, is what leads us to not only looking good on the outside, but FEELING complete, confident, and happy on the inside.
- Engaging in soul chats and journal prompts each day of this challenge is how we’ll be getting in this piece.
DAY 1 MATERIAL!
- MIND
- Mindful Mantra: My mind is calm, focused, and at peace. [psalm 46:10]
- SOUL PROMPT:
- Watch the video above for the whole soul chat on: Believing a Positive Attitude is a Choice
- Journal prompt to write in the challenge packet: How are you going to be positive today? How are you choosing to not let outward circumstances control your emotions for the day?
- BODY: Complete the FIVE “Daily To Do’s” each day of this challenge:
- 8-10 cups of water minimum
- 7-9 hours of sleep each night
- 7-10k steps each day (or structured workout/cardio too!)
- clean up the diet (90% whole foods and 10% fun foods — less processed foods and sugar, more of the good stuff!)
- PORTION control (refer to the handy portion guide within the challenge packet)
- Check them off in your challenge packet!
Above all: Commit to YOU and your health for just these 5 days
(the same way you commit to brushing your teeth 😉
Take yourself off the back burner, and begin creating these habits and routines with me as your guide, through setting aside just 10-15 minutes a day.
