SOUL PROMPT

- Journal prompt to write in the challenge packet: How are you allowing yourself to be fake in your life right now? What feelings can you admit to, but then them lay down, speak positively, and refocus on whats ahead?
BODY: Complete the FIVE “Daily To Do’s” each day of this challenge:
- 8-10 cups of water minimum
- 7-9 hours of sleep each night
- 7-10k steps each day (or structured workout/cardio too!)
- clean up the diet (90% whole foods and 10% fun foods — less processed foods and sugar, more of the good stuff!)
- PORTION control (refer to the handy portion guide within the challenge packet)
- Check them off in your challenge packet!
I’m SO proud of you, for committing to take yourself off the back burner, and begin creating these habits and routines with me as your guide, through setting aside just 10-15 minutes a day.
