DAY 1 MATERIAL:

- With the holiday season, many dinners and night time events come with it! Starting your day off right, in a nutritious packed way, can really help set the tone of your day and allow for a little more wiggle room later on 😉

- Set your day up for success by a quality morning!
- When I start my morning off loaded with sugar or without moving my body, my whole day seems to not be as great as it could and I crave sugar all day.
- Fix the green satisfying GRINCH smoothie below, move your body with the workout or some squats while brushing your teeth, and listen to some pump up music or an inspiring video/podcast!
- Recipe Swap:
- The Grinch Fitmas Smoothie
- 1 cup almond milk/water
- 1 scoop/packet vanilla protein powder (whey or vegan, depending on what works best for YOU — here’s the one I use every morning that also include my vitamins and probiotics)
- 1 handful spinach
- ¾ cup frozen berries/half frozen large banana
- 1 Tbsp chia or flax seeds
- optional: sweetener of choice (I use 1 drop of my BetterStevia liquid vanilla stevia!)
- optional: 1 tbsp nut butter + dash of cinnamon and vanilla extract
- Components of a good smoothie? Protein, healthy fat, antioxidant packed carbs, greens, and extra superfoods!

Circuit #1: 30 sec on, 10 sec off (use interval timer app or phone as timer)
- Warm up for 5min doing jumping jacks, running in place, high knees, walking your dog. Stretch anything that may be tight!
- Set 1: repeat for a total of 2x through
- Jumping lunges (show modification)
- Air squats
- Dips (off a chair)
- Burpees
- Squat and press (with wine bottles)

- Mountain climbers
- Plank jacks
- Plank
- Leg raises (lying with back on ground)
