But we also know perfection is impossible and honestly, stressful, so we don't even aim for that. And let's be honest, I loveeee a good chick fil a meal or lazy yet healthy meals not made from scratch or all organic, natural ingredients.
Our heart: Our #freshfitnhealthy journey should empower us, not deprive us. And sharing our journeys authentically with each other is the best way to inspire & be inspired!
