Why Cycle Syncing?
Why are we talking about cycle syncing? Sometimes we think it’s only needed if we want to get pregnant (which is during this phase, our ovulatory phase!). But in reality, it’s great for ANY menstruating woman. See, often times we feel we’re at the MERCY of our cycles, especially our menstrual phase. But when we can learn about our cycles and the 4 different phases, we can actually feel EMPOWERED and take back control when it comes to our cycle!
