For me, I started to really thinking about going Non-Toxic after my hormone imbalances when I started to research things that can impact your hormones. At the time my doctor had discredited any concerns of mine that birth control or endocrine disruptors could be at play, which only may be deep dive further into research. What I found was mind-blowing to me, and made me realize just how much what we put in and on our bodies matter - because even topically speaking, our skin absorbs a lot of it.

Natural + non-toxic living can feel “weird” and overwhelming at first, at least it did for me! Great question, because cheaper can be SO tempting. But

1) cheap oils typically aren’t actually 100% essential oil, but instead have a lot of filler in them (trust me, EOs are EXPENSIVE to make, if they are cheap, there is a reason they are).

2) many companies extract the essential oils in a quicker, cheaper way that will allow them to sell them cheaper, but this extraction and processing method removes the therapeutic benefits from the oils, only making them a “smell good” oil.

3) Young Living has a one of a kind Seed to Seal promise , that promises us they see the process from the seed in the soil to the seal on the bottle. They don’t outsource.
