There are A LOT of different supplements out there, and everyone is an individual that needs different ones. But here are 6 of my favorite foundational supplements that are good for most women!
SUPPLEMENTS
What a hot topic supplements are. It’s the SEXY thing to talk about these days. But I want to preface this episode with the fact that good nutrition and lifestyle changes should always be combined with supplementation, as supplements are not a replacement for those. BUT as much as I wish I could say you can get all your nutrients in through diet alone, that’s just not the case typically these days. An example, 50% of the US population is deficient in ONE of the supplements I mention in here 🙂
