So, I never knew if I wanted to do something like this, for many reasons.
I didn’t want anyone to think that what I eat one day, means that is what I eat EVERY day. Or the same amount I eat every day. Or that what I eat is what is right for them to eat.
Everyone is different. Everyone has different needs.
But after some thought, I decided I would try it out one time. I think it could be very helpful to some, as long as you take it with a grain of salt, and still intuitively eat yourself.
Because that is what I believe in, intuitive eating. Listening to your body.
Trust me, it is crazy how your body really will tell you what it needs if you listen. The days I eat a ton of sugar, I really do just crave lots of veggies later that night (something I NEVER typically crave at night, it is usually chocolate)
Anyways, hope you enjoy this! It also just includes a snapshot of a day in the life of a dietetics student, and simply just a student in general 🙂
