A leg day workout of mine via video that you can use next time you’re at the gym yourself!
One bad thing about working out by myself..I never can let you all see it (because I can’t really film myself). Even a great Leg Day Workout like this one.
But I had my good friend come with me the other day for the torturous leg day, so that you all could come along for the ride too 🙂
Leg Day Workout on this beautiful day:
- Full of barbell squats
- barbell wide leg squats
- lunges with dumbbell
- hip thrusts
- some glute push downs on the pull up machine
- finished off with 8 minutes of abs!

I know a lot of bloggers write posts like “what I ate wednesday” or something..but it’s much more fun to watch it..right?? 🙂
Filled with my typical coffee and protein powder, about time paleo protein bar, fruit pizza, seared tuna, and more! Oh and ended the night with two of THESE..
