Whether you are going through miscarriage yourself, or have a friend/family member going through this tragic journey, today’s podcast is a raw and real look into miscarriage with Dr. Jen Fraboni, PT,DPT.
As I sit here and try to write an intro to this podcast episode, I’m at a loss for words. Miscarriage is not just a “bad event” that comes and goes. It’s traumatic, it’s a lost life, it’s a baby that didn’t make it. It’s devastating. After interviewing my good friend Dr. Jen Fraboni, and hearing her vulnerably share the trauma that miscarriage comes with as she so graciously shared her journey with us all even though still in the beginning of it all herself, my eyes and heart have been opened on an entirely new level to this subject. I hope that her story today can help do the same for you, and either help you not feel alone if you’re on this journey yourself, or know more how to comfort and support your friend or family member who is going through this.
Whether you want a better perspective into miscarriage, are walking through this yourself, or have a friend/family member you want to be supportive of through it — I hope this episode blesses you like it did me.
