Sometimes, I just want to dig a big spoon into a jar of Nutella. Chocolate. Nut Butter. What more could you ask for?Oh you wish that having a huge spoonful wouldn’t ruin your health goals or tighten up that waistline over the holidays?
Wallllah. I have already created that as an option for you! Remember my healthy Not-tella I made awhile back?!
Yeah, crazy, I forgot about it too for a little! Good thing I remembered and made some more!
And then made THIS as a result of wishing I could just drink a glass of the stuff 🙂
The flavors of rich nutella, in a refreshing, high protein, shake form.
I could have mistaken this post workout/morning shake for a decadent milkshake from Steak n Shake!
Good thing I prefer this, since it has about ONE FIFTH of the calories of a typical milkshake.
Mmmm.
Drink it. Freeze it and eat with a spoon. Whatever you decide to do, you will NOT be sorry you decided to make it.
Who doesn’t want a milkshake for breakfast? When it tastes this good, yet is healthier than most breakfast options, why not opt out from the typical breakfast sandwich for this?! Or guiltlessly enjoy this at night time when that sweet tooth kicks in 🙂
