After years of school and trying diet after diet… I’ve decided I am a nutrition agnostic.
Some questions I get often that have made me realize I’m a nutrition agnostic:
- “Your coaching program sounds great, but I like following the Keto diet…will you make me change that?”
- “I’d love to work with you, but I’m vegan and I know you aren’t.”
- “I know I need to be healthier but I can’t afford all the health foods out there”
- “WHAT IS THE BEST DIET?! In your opinion…”
All of these questions + 6 years of nutrition-focused school + working with many different clients have shown me something…
I wouldn’t be doing JUSTICE to say there is one “best diet” out there. Paleo, vegan, vegetarian, keto, high carb, high protein, ect…
EVERY person is so individualized. And I would NOT be a good coach if I let “nutrition beliefs” or “religions” get in the way of doing what was best for the client.
But here are the rest of my thoughts on it – and what I do for my clients 🙂
