I could NOT be more excited to announce the fact that I will be flying out to LAS VEGAS with QUEST NUTRITION on September 18th to work along side of them during the Mr. Olympia Expo!!!
I’ve worked with other companies like Try About Time before at expos, and have been able to hang out with the Quest Team for a bit at those events, but have never been working with them!
The real question..Will you be there?! If so, I hope you come by our Quest booths to try out our clean protein bars, protein chips, apparel, AND training!

I would never work for a company I didn’t truly believe in or use myself, and I can say honestly that I LOVE Quest Nutrition and all they offer. Ask any of my friends, you will always see me carrying a quest bar for a snack on any given day.. And they are always begging me to have some because of trying mine and loving them too. Oh and I’ve got my mom hooked on them..she eats them like candy as her dessert!
What’s special about Quest bars? Well, before Quest, any protein bar I would eat that had high enough amounts of protein in it to fuel my through my day, had SO MANY INGREDIENTS. But not Quest. Quest keeps it clean by having few ingredients..and all ones that you know!
Not to mention, at around 200 calories only, depending on the flavor you choose, they have 20-21g of protein, 16-19g of fiber, and only 3-5g of net carbs!! That is AMAZING compared to any other bar.
My favorites? It’s hard to choose, but I love the texture of the ones with chocolate chunks in them..so Double Chocolate Chunk is my ultimate favorite, and then comes Cookie Dough and Cookies and Cream. What can I say? I’m a chocolate fanatic! But I also can’t really choose because I would gladly eat any of the flavors..chocolate pb, cinnamon roll, banana nut, brownie, apple pie, strawberry cheesecake, cashew coconut..you name it, I’d eat it! Below is one of my favorite ways to make healthy chocolate chips, baking my double chocolate chunk bar in pieces till crunchy (about 5 minutes at 350)!
Any these bars can be used at ANY TIME. I use them as a light breakfast if I’m in a rush instead of missing out completely, as a snack throughout my busy days of classes, as pre/post workout fuel, or even as dessert when I’m craving something sweet late at night!
