This pudding is so simple to make; sometimes I forget to share quick and easy recipes like this!
With having my wisdom teeth pulled the other week, and only being able to eat soft foods, this recipe was a great way to induge in something yummy, yet get in some extra protein since I couldn’t eat my typical chicken or seafood. Or most things that fall into my typical diet for that matter.
Good thing I had recipes like this and my Nutella Protein Shake, Caramel Apple Pie Smoothie, and my Pumpkin Pie Frozen Yogurt!
What is the secret ingredient you may ask?!
Don’t quickly exit out of this once you find out, I promise you it tastes nothing like the stuff. Trust me, I typically don’t like “the stuff”.
Mmmm. Kinda like my Pumpkin Mousse recipe, but changed up a little. This pudding recipe is so great and versatile, you can choose the flavors you want in it!
This time, I made a Pumpkin Gingerbread flavor and Dark Chocolate flavor. Yum.
I had both gone within the first 48 hours of making it.
Don’t like Gingerbread? Simply leave out the molasses and add honey or agave!
Rather have Milk Chocolate? Add regular Cocoa instead!
Or what about Chocolate Peanut Butter? Just add Peanut Butter.. I told you it was versatile 🙂
Whether you have it in my Dark Chocolate Flavor (that weirdly looks purple..)
Or my Pumpkin Gingerbread Flavor
Or a flavor you create..I know you will enjoy it! Great as a pudding, as a dip, or even slightly frozen for a icey treat!
Oh, p.s.
now that I surely snagged your attention, the secret ingredient is tofu!
Until next time,
xoxo, Sarah Grace
