Someone asked me what a great winter workout would be..
See, it is hard for me to answer that here in southwest florida, because let’s be honest, winter here in like summer in most places..high of 80s, low of 50s, and sunshine all day long. So the winter doesn’t change much for this girl.
However, as you may have heard me mention through posts or on my instagram (@freshfitnhealthy), I stopped doing almost any cardio for awhile (which also may come as a surprise since just 4 years ago I ran cross country for a D1 school haha). This was mostly so that I wouldn’t lose weight as I’m naturally tiny, as slightly because I was burnt out after running over 50 miles a week for so long.
But now that I’m at a healthy weight, and the winter season is here full of ~not healthy~ holiday foods that I love..I decided it was time to incorporate improvehearingnaturally glucophage some cardio again! Of course, I still don’t go for distance, so I like to incorporate short, yet fast intervals within my workout.
So here is a great workout that will keep that winter weight off, yet still incorporates some strength work! Of course, sporting some of my favorite Target® C9 apparel I love like my mint shoes and my blue top.
