Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Peanut Flour
  • 1/2 cup Whey Flour
  • 1/4 cup Raw Wheat Bran
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Egg Whites
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • Honey/stevia to sweeten as desired optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix all ingredients except baking powder together in bowl until smooth. 

  2. Add baking powder and stir until incorporated. 

  3. Spray bread loaf pan (medium sized) with cooking spray.

  4. Pour batter into pan. 

  5. Cook for about 20-30 minutes, until browned. 

  6. Enjoy!
