Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Big red delicious apple
  • 1/2 cup Mixed berries frozen
  • 1 Egg (yes, she likes raw eggs in smoothies, and it's never hurt her!)
  • 1 handful Spinach
  • 2 tsp Coconut oil
  • 1 T Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Water/coconut milk
  • 2 T Flaked unsweetened coconut

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together in blender. If desired, add honey (not whole30 qualified).
