Kale Tzatziki Dip

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Cups Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cup Steamed Kale (about two large leaves), chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Cucumber chopped small
  • 1/4 Cup jicama diced small
  • 1/4 Cup Onion diced small
  • 1 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 Tsp each Garlic Powder, dried onion, pureed garlic, beau monde, dill weed, Italian seasonings, sea salt

Instructions

  1. After all vegetables are chopped, place in bowl with yogurt and rest of ingredients. 

  2.  Mix thoroughly.

  3. Serve with veggies or crackers!
