Zucchini Coconut Bread Zoats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Zucchini
  • 1.5-2 cup Almond Milk (depending on desired thickness)
  • 2 T Shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 tsp Coconut Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, and all spice
  • Sweetener of Liking! Stevia and agave are great!

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Either store in jar in fridge overnight, or cook immediately on stove or in microwave for about 2 minutes. 

  3. Top with walnuts and shredded coconut.

  4. Enjoy!
